We accept most major insurance carriers for Physical Therapy Coverage

The carriers shown below are the most common local policies that we are in-network with. We also accept Medicare, Worker’s Compensation and No Fault coverage. We do NOT however accept Medicaid or any Medicaid Products. If you have Medicaid as a Secondary Insurance please check with us first before making an appointment.

When you call to make your first appointment we will ask you for all of your information including your insurance carrier and policy number. As a courtesy to our valued patients we will verify your insurance coverage and inform you of any financial responsibility that you may have for your Physical Therapy Care. Ultimately, it is the patient’s responsibility to know what coverage they have and to request any pre-authorization that may be required, we will do our best to make sure that we handle these requests for you so you can focus on your recovery.
