In addition to her 2 year degree from St. John Fisher, Sheila has worked in the Medical Industry for the last 20 years. She has an extensive background in customer service, marketing, billing and over 12 years in quality assurance before joining the Peak Performance Team. As the Front Desk Coordinator, Sheila is the very first smiling face you see when you come through our doors and she certainly sets the tone for the entire practice with her kind and caring personality. Sheila’s superb attention to detail helps to make the insurance and billing process as smooth as possible for every patient that we treat. Sheila will often go above and beyond what is required by our office to ensure each patients coverage is accurate and up to date, in turn saving them an extra phone call or email to their insurance carrier so they can focus on their recovery instead.

Personal Info:

Sheila is happily married to her wonderful husband, Keith and she is an amazing mother to her beautiful daughter, Danielle who is now attending West Virginia University. In her free time Sheila enjoys golfing and watching her daughter play soccer.

Sheila’s Motivation:

“Working with such amazing people in a smaller, family oriented business has been a welcomed change for me. I enjoy meeting new people on a daily basis and helping them with their paperwork, scheduling and billing needs to make the process as smooth as possible. I love being able to listen and talk with patients about not only their treatment and progress but about how things are going in their everyday lives as well.  I definitely find it very rewarding to get to know the people we are helping here at Peak Performance Physical Therapy.”
