Our Facility
Located at 161 East Commercial Street in the Village of East Rochester, Peak Performance's building was originally home to the Marine Midland Bank before Mike & Karen Napierala leased the space six years ago to start their own business.

Hours

Our Goal Was 50 Coats…You Gave 65!
Our patients and local area business partners really helped us out with our First Annual Physical Therapy Coat Drive For Kids this past month. With their help we were able to give 65 coats to local area children to help them stay warm this winter season!
